Costs

The biweekly cost for this benefit is $8.22 ($214 annually), which is deducted from your paycheck after-tax.

Important details:

• The plan pays 100% of the cost of a participating attorney’s time and work, excluding filing fees and court costs.
• If you use an attorney who’s not in the network, you’ll be reimbursed for covered services up to a set dollar limit; you’ll be responsible for paying any fees above that limit.
• You cannot use this plan to take legal action against AMCN or its subsidiaries regarding employment-related matters.

How to enroll

You can enroll in the MetLife Group Legal Plan in Workday as a new hire or during Open Enrollment.
